Der Agfa Phoenix ist ein äußerst professioneller Trommelbelichter für die Anforderungen von Akzidenzdruckereien und anderen professionellen Anwendern in Druckvorstufe und Druck. Der Phoenix ist von Grund auf als Belichter für den Einsatz in Druckereibetrieben konzipiert und liefert druckplattenfertige Filme oder druckfertige Polyester-Druckplatten.

Der Phoenix 2250 entspricht mit seinem Belichtungsformat von 570 × 736 mm dem Standardformat der meisten 4-Seiten Bogendruckmaschinen.

Der Phoenix 2250 ist für die Belichtung von Setprint Plus Polyester-Druckplatten und Filmmaterial geeignet. Anwender können daher einen einfachen Computer-to-Plate-Workflow realisieren. Dank der hohen Belichtungsgeschwindigkeit lässt sich ein kompletter Satz druckfertiger Setprint-Druckplatten in weniger als fünf Minuten herstellen. Mit dem Phoenix entfällt das Stanzen und Abkanten der Setprint-Druckplatten, so dass dieser Belichter eine ideale Lösung für Vierfarbarbeiten mit Auflagen bis zu 15000 Drucken ist.

Der Phoenix Belichter kann Filme mit Auflösungen von 1200, 1800, 2400 und 3000 dpi bei Rasterweiten bis zu 200 lpi belichten.
Das Serie 2 V2 Updade für die Software ist gemacht.

Die Maschine wurde von einem Agfa Servicetechniker am 22.02.05 beim Kunden abgebaut und ist seitdem bei uns zu besichtigen.

Von Agfa wurde uns bestätigt, dass die Maschine von November 2001 bis Ende 2004 Dezember 2004 im Vollservicevertrag war (siehe letztes Bild).
