The Linoscan 1450 is a professional scanner that offers 1200 x 2400-dpi optical resolution and 7200 x 7200-dpi maximum interpolated resolution. It features a 3.4 Dmax density and handles enlargements up to 600 percent. The unit handles 8.5 x 11.7-inch reflective scans and 8.5 x 10-inch transparent scans.
The scanner comes with two IT8 targets (transparent and reflective), Scanopen LS scanner profiling software, factory-generated ICC profiles (on scanning software CD) and user manuals. The Linoscan 1450 includes a Firewire interface and requires MacOS 8.6 or higher, plus a Firewire connector on the Mac.
