The Eye-One display 2 is delivered with the new and further improved version of the Eye-One match software v3 which bases algorithms - a standard for ultimative professional quality - on ProfileMaker 5 and encloses, among the rest, the following new functional signs:
- user-defined brightness settings for CRT-and LCD monitor to the improved colour comparison between several monitors
- a new colour adaptation formula for a more exact visual correspondence between monitors (or to different settings of a monitor) with different white points
- a new Graubalanc-optimisation function (as more interactively internet process without operator's interventions) which optimises the result of Kalbierungs rated values controlled and and achieves nautralere and better defined grey tones
- a new profile summary under information of Sollfarbtemperatur, brightness and gamma as well as surroundings light measurements and storage of all data in the profile, ideally for the additional analysis
- a profile controlling function individually adjustable from the user checks the age of the monitor profile and reminds the user after 1-4 weeks of the actualisation of the profile to guarantee in the long term an obliging and reliable colour representation
