The modular built up CtP-decrease check is carried out after an agreed CtP-decrease guide. The quality inspections described in the guide (criteria) are directed after introduced standards and internationally approved norms. The check and settings is carried out by special CtP-decrease test forms and calibrated measuring instruments. The high-class proof is documented by a decrease test report and a certificate. The measuring-technical check of a CtP system contain among other things:
to climatic conditions of the connected workflow
- Setting of the Plattenbelichters with regard to intensity and Fokussierung of the laser beam on the used pressure plate
- transference quality with the help of digital controlling means
- same moderation of the exposure about the format
- long time stability with regard to the transference quality
- Grasp to the illustration time by defined test forms (inquiry of the time involved for illustrating of the pressure plate)
- Grasp of the Plattendurchsatzes check of the mechanical qualities of the Belichters as for example: Register exactness including record change (Wiederholgenauigkeit)
- register exactness without record change (Positioniergenauigkeit)
Furthermore contain the test draught:
- Complete documentation of the test parametres and device configuration
- quality-protecting measures in the area of the pressure plate production
- Check of the developing unity
- measuring-technical inquiry of the transference identity line of the record to the printing form
- Construction and implementing an adaptation identity line (Look-up-Table)
- Check and guaranteeing the desired sound value transference
