Because of more than twelve years experience in the field of the inner drum exposure is Heidelberg has succeeded, with the model number Prosetter violet-Belichtergeneration to develop the excellent quality and superior reliability concerned.
The inner drum architecture gives you the precision that you are accustomed to from Heidelberg. For all models Prosetter suspended the printing plate in the exposure precisely aligned and fixed by a vacuum in a bowl. The laser is moved along the trough and exposed the plate point by point. Here, the laser spot on a rotating prism and diverted to provide an accuracy up to a few thousandths of a millimeter. A service provided by the friction-free air bearing is achieved.
With an SCL or MCL equipped, the Prosetter even more comfort and safety. Operator intervention to a minimum and you can produce hours nonstop.
