Business Server: Upgrade to 3 years for on-site service transtec server from date of dispatch, 5x8 hours. The on-site services include the beginning of telephone fault analysis and diagnosis in failure within 8 working hours. Supply, delivery and installation of necessary spare parts and debugging of the hardware on site. Troubleshooting is a necessary on-site, a service specialist or his transtec transtec by an authorized service partner within one working day after the qualification of hardware failure by transtec site. The condition is that the qualification is in the hardware clock defect before 16:00 CET. Travel time and travel costs are included. The service applies to the system unit and any installed original internal options. Keyboard and mouse are covered by express exchange service. Entitled to the above specified performance is from the registry of the service pack immediately after delivery. Service coverage during business hours from 8:00 to 18:00 clock on weekdays, Monday to Friday, CET. Proof of purchase (such as the serial number) must be sent each time with the device.
