Process description

Expert dismantling and evacuation of the used IT equipment at the agreed time, regardless of size and volume. Immediately after collection the goods are grasped with us electronically in our data bank. We put to our customer in a contemporary way a digitized copy of our input protocol to
Possession. The receipt of goods (Be and Entladevorgang) is taped by camera and can be provided if requested. To the additional authentication is each of our employees
equipped with an obviously carried company identity card.
All transport processes are supervised by at least one department manager of our company. The transport as such occurs in secure and sealed LKW's.
III.Auditierung
The whole product is tested under the strictest controls, is cleaned and released from all data constantly and unwiderbringlich. Single defects is identified and put in state. Small repair, like loose contacts, biology settings or password distance is carried out free of charge.
The whole process is supervised about an IP camera and can be controlled any time by the customer.
In addition, we make available to our customer on Internet an access to all fire-fighting protocols and test protocols.
The fire-fighting process is carried out by the programme Blancco-Pro. The programme fulfils all international deletion standards, e.g.:
