The humidity measuring instruments HEGA are Swiss high-class products which are for over 40 years with carpenters, carpenters, in Sagereien, on the construction, with architects, Bodenlegern, plasterers, Schadensanierern, in veneer works, schools, etc. in use application. HEGA-101 is equipped with a microcontroller and misses the humidity in solids fast and very exactly. The measured humidity value is indicated digitally. Because the device on wood was calibrated, the humidity of the other solids must be determined by means of conversion tables.
Introduction
HEGA-101 misses the humidity in wood, gypsum, concrete, plaster, Unterlagsböden, etc. fast and very exactly. More than two electrodes the material to be measured is put on electric power on. The electric conductivity of the Pr Ents. Of solid changes according to moist salary, the moist values can be read as a digital numerical value. To the forest plantation area of the battery the measuring instrument switches off itself after approx. 5 min. automatically. The moist divergences with different species of wood are given in correction tables.
The measuring probes can be very simply exchanged. With a fork wrench or a flat-nose plier they can be solved and be screwed by hand. Different measuring probes are available (see accessories below): With the level probes non destructive measurements can be carried out, veneers and very thin materials be measured. With the short points the humidity is measured in a depth of approx. 5 mm. With the long points can be measured till a depth of 40 mm. Here should be prebored or be prepunched.
HEGA speciality: The probe head made from expensive Teflon takes up 0.0% of humidity in his surface. The measuring streams will thereby flow only by the material to be measured. The measuring exactness and the ability for reproduction are thereby clearly raised.
