1) Procurement of identical hard disks
2) Procurement of the Spec Sheets to the hard disks with information to MTBF and guarantee
3) Inquiry of the production day and with it linkedly attempt of the inquiry of the company hours with different scenarios of utilisation
4) Inquiry of the proportional wear with different scenarios of utilisation
5) Endoscopy of the hard disk inside for the purpose of perpetuation of evidence and production of Erkennnissen with regard to wear of the heads or external effects on the data carrier (Headcrash).
6) Attempt of the repair-> from the defective parts should allow to limit the damage cause with high likelyhood.
7) Production of 2 forensic identical copies
8) Repair of the hard disk table of contents and transference of the data to a lab medium
9) Examination of the "saved" data whether really changes took place on the damage day.
10) Formulation of the questions which you can put to the policy holder also concerning the "basic protection manual BSI IT"
