The on site-service contain beginning of the telephone mistake analysis and mistake diagnosis with disturbance announcement within 8 working hours. Supply, delivery and installation of the required spare parts as well as disturbance removal of the hardware on site. If a disturbance removal is necessary on site, a service specialist from transtec or from one of transtec authorised service partner will be within one working day after qualification of a hardware of defect by transtec on site. Condition is that the qualification of the hardware defect occurs before 16:00 o'clock CET. Holiday season and travel expenses are included in the price. The service is valid for the system unity and all inside installed original options. Keyboard and mouse are covered by express train exchange service. Claim to the achievement defined on top exists from the registration of the service of stack immediately after delivery. Service cover during the business hours of 8:00 to 18:00 o'clock in working days, Monday till Friday, CET. A purchase proof (e.g., information of the standard number) must be sent in every time with the device.
