irSys-Spektrometer module
Compact and configureable Infrared Spektrometer on the basis of the newest MEMS technology for the application in the on-line process supervision.
As opposed to FT to Ir-spectral photometers works irSys not with a detector line, but with single detectors. This is realised by the use of micro-electric-mechanical systems (MEMS).
The Spektrometer works after the principle dispersiver Gitterspektrometer. Besides, the main component is a micromirror which steers the spectral shares disassembled by the declension grid periodically on single detectors. This can be configured by the use of different grids and detectors irSys for different wavelength areas.
By means of integrated logic components a preprocessing of the spectral data occurs. These are transferred about USB-or a RS-485 interface to a PC or laptop. User software allows the representation and subsequent treatment of the data. Specific customer standards can be considered by adaptation of the proficient product.
