Process standard offset printing
The process standard offset printing (PSO) regulates the workflow of the data processing up to the ready pressure product. The PSO should help to recognise early problems, to avoid mistake and to determine already in the approach how the result on the paper explains later in the pressure process. The use of the PSO has among other things to the aim to reach high process security in the running production, to avoid complaints in the approach and to improve thereby the commercial success. Therefore, the introduction of the PSO is nothing else than a process optimisation after approved recommendations (FOGRA/bvdm) and norms (ISO 12647-2).
