Entry Checklist to Germany Visum and Insurance
We need from you:
1.) An official writing paper of your company with given tax number
2.) The contact of the German embassy in your country.
3.) All information which is performed in the application of the entry permission
4.) A photocopy of your passport
5.) Information about your linguistic proficiency
6.) Information about the price range wich your hotel may not exceed.
7.) Information about your purchase intentions.
8.) What would be your best price? You have to assure that you buy the machine if it is technically free of lack.
9.) Your bank connection and a financing proof
10.) Have you any company who not needs a visa?
11.) Have you any commercial contacts in Germany? If so, then we need the name of the company , the contact person and the adress.
12.) How do you travel? By car, train or airplane? You have to deposit to us your prepaid ticket for arrival and return wich you have paid with credit card.
13.) The copy of your credit card.
14.) The information about the precise period of the stay in Germany.
15. You already own an import license (e.g. for travellers from iran) or have you already found out about whether must an import license or a SDS inspection of the goods be carried out?
Seit Juni 2004 ist für Besuche und Geschäftsreisen in das Schengen-Gebiet eine
Reisekrankenversicherung erforderlich:
1. Die Mindest-Deckungssumme muss 30.000 Euro betragen. Ausserdem muss
die Reisekrankenversicherung eine Rückführung aus dem Ausland ins
Heimatland beinhalten.
2. Die Reisekrankenversicherung sollte grundsätzlich in Ihrem Land
abgeschlossen werden.
3. Falls – z.B. wegen hohen Alters – keine Reisekrankenversicherung
abgeschlossen werden kann, wird auch eine in Europa abgeschlossene
Versicherung akzeptiert.
4. Die Reisekrankenversicherung muss für alle Schengen-Staaten gültig sein.
5. Wenn eine gleiche Versicherung durch den Arbeitgeber besteht und dies
nachgewiesen werden kann, muss keine weitere Versicherung abgeschlossen
werden.
6. Die Gültigkeitsdauer der Reisekrankenversicherung muss mit der Dauer des
beantragten Schengen-Visums übereinstimmen.
7. Hier ist eine Liste der Versicherungsgesellschaften in Jordanien, die sich für
die von den Schengen-Staaten geforderten Mindestbedingungen für
Reisekrankenversicherungen verpflichtet haben. Die Verpflichtungen wurden
von der Jordan Insurance Federation anerkannt.
