With ProCall expand the telephony capabilities of your workstation.
ProCall is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook for use with Lotus Notes or other databases (such as ODBC, Excel, ..) are available as stand-alone version.
ProCall provides a pop-up of incoming calls by name, journal of all phone calls, missed calls list, extended search of names and phone numbers.
ProCall can be for all the phones and PBX systems used to offer a TAPI driver.
ProCall Business is the 1st party (single user) CTI solution that controls all important phone functions such as dialing, answering, hang up, call back, call waiting and forwarding to the construction of a conference.
The direct connection from phone to PC work is usually done using a serial interface (V.24). The TAPI driver for the phone company will be installed on the workstation PC. This driver allows software access to phone functions. You can choose to apply, accept and display the phone numbers of callers on the PC and evaluate.
For incoming calls, your contacts with the incoming telephone number can be compared. You can see immediately who is calling and have all the information at hand.
Incoming calls are logged in a journal. This gives you a constant overview of all calls made.
Business ProCall available as plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, or as a standalone version for Lotus Notes and ODBC databases.

* Windows 95/98/Me, Windows NT SP 6a, Windows 2000/2003 or XP
* Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2002 or 2003, Lotus Notes version 5 or any database with ODBC driver
