ProCall Enterprise is a 3rd party (network) CTI solution that allows you to connect the 'Server PC' directly to the PBX. The server makes all telephones are centrally controlled.
It shows you the status monitor which participant is speaking, or not out of place. Incoming calls for other participants may be picked up when needed to their own jobs.
The integrated messaging system improves the workflow of the workgroup.
Missed calls are logged on the server and sent to you with the contact information of the caller via e-mail. Thus you do not miss another call and you are informed stehts.
