Establishment of the Ratoc adapter with problems in finding or
Run the scanner with SilverFast:

Step -1 - The FR1Utility start (latest version, if necessary, download from www.ratocsystems.com)

Step -2 - If the utility currently in the "disabled" mode (see picture below), please press "Enable FR1 Utility" and run after entering your password to restart. Otherwise, skip to step -3 - go.

Step -3 - In the FR1Utility started in the "enabled" mode, please change below is configuration as in the picture, compared to the original configuration is simply switch off the red-circled. After adjusting the settings, press the button "Start Configuration setting".

Bring the utility now with the button "Disable FR1 Utility" in the "disabled" mode, this is the input of the password and a reboot is required (see picture below) - Step -4. After that, the scanner function properly with SilverFast. The utility does not call back or in the "enabled" mode setting as long as there are no problems.
