You do not have data from the packaging and low-pressure area on Scitex RMX MODS that we desperately need and not worth the redigitization?
The RMX File System you not know? The people at that time are no longer available?
We help:
First, we make 1:1 copies of the disks to save your data and then from these Scitex RMX media. We then convert the data in vector and bitmap formats such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
We are always looking for old drives and old Scitex Scitex MOD Mac connections.
What we can do for you:
Page import, export and Page hotfolder workflows
Page import
• On-line link to existing UNIX, Novell
and Macintosh environments
• Internal Scitex, handshake,
NewLW, TIFF, TIFF / IT P1,
PostScript Level 3, PDF 1.3,
JPEG, LZW, ZIP
• Off-import: Scitex RMX / UFS
Chromacom, MOD / shuttle,
Crosfield, Crosfield TextRun
Hot folder workflows for final pages
• rotation, mirroring, scaling
• Standardization of page names
• Trimming edges of page
• Cutting into single pages double pages
• Merging single pages into double pages
• Merging CT and LW / LW and LW
• Generating transparencies for LW
• UCR under color removal
• Color management using ICC profiles
• Generating view files
• Splitting into color separations
Page export to engravers plus archiving
• Network transfer of pages
to K30x / K406 via Ethernet 100BaseT /
Gigabit / FDDI / ATM
• Archiving of final pages to CD, ZIP,
MOD, DLT tape
matchRIP CEPS Input Module
Optionally, the user software matchRIP matchRIP CEPS acquire input, you can use to process data formats from the traditional EBV. CEPS can read input Scitex (RMX Scitex, Scitex UFS 1/2) and Chromacom formatted MODs and shuttles. Be converted and saved Scitex CT, LW and Scitex Handshake and FLYT Chromacom and R & D, T, HC. The program detects also "facing pages" which can be rotated if desired by 90 degrees.
With the option matchRIP HighResTIFF output can then be written back TIFFs for CTP flexo or gravure.
