With Matchflow-adjust you can share a pdf-document over the internet for detailed checking and annotation. By using the "Generated Print Report Button", you generate an new PDF which contains annotation number, username, date, annotation text and type. All comments are saved in a database. So the whole coordination-process is reconstructable at any time. You will save proof and dispatcher costs an maybe need only one final proof.
