MarkzTools ist zu einem Teil ein Tool zur Dokumentensicherung für QuarkXPress. Es konvertiert neuere Versionen in ältere Versionen, rettet fehlerhafte Dateien, sichert QuarkXPress-Content und sorgt für Dokumentenintegrität.

MarkzTools ist ein XTension-Modul, das dabei hilft, beschädigte QuarkXPress-Dokumente zu vermeiden. Der Benutzer kann das gesicherte Quark-Dokument überprüfen, um Hinweise zur Integrität der Datei zu erhalten und darüber, ob sie fehlerverdächtig ist. Die gängigen QuarkXPress-Fehlercodes, die den Benutzer über beschädigte Dokumente informieren, sind [70], [39] und [108]. MarkzTools macht QuarkXPress rückwärtskompatibel und erlaubt es seinen Benutzern, Quark-Dokumente neuerer Versionen zu öffnen. Dieses XTension-Modul speichert und konvertiert dabei ein QuarkXPress V 6.5 Projekt direkt in ein QuarkXPress 4.11 Dokument. Weitere Funktionen von MarkzTools ermöglichen die Speicherung einer temporären Kopie des Dokuments, bevor das Originaldokument gespeichert wird. Diese Funktion hilft bei der Vermeidung potenzieller Probleme während der "Speicherung" und die temporäre Datei kann zur Wiederherstellung des Dokuments verwendet werden.

This XTension is currently NOT Universal Binary. If you are running QuarkXPress 7 on any Intel Mac, you will need to run Quark under Rosetta mode.

matchflow adjust

With Matchflow-adjust you can share a pdf-document over the internet for detailed checking and annotation. In this document all project-members (depending on their access-rights) can acquire comments and modifications. By using the "Generated Print Report Button", you generate an new PDF which contains annotation number, username, date, annotation text and type. All comments are saved in a database. So the whole coordination-process is reconstructable at any time. You will save proof and dispatcher costs an maybe need only one final proof. We recommend to insert a flat PDF which can be written from any common workflow system. AGFA Apogee, Heidelberg Prinect, Creo Prinergy, Di Plot, if this function is enabled.

Therefore we provide spare parts and preventive service. Service contracts are possible. After service we peform an new DIN VDE 701 report.
