Daily (by the customer) - Cleaning the glass plate
Every two years (by service personnel)
- Checking the voltages
- Starting the test programs
- Cleaning and oiling the guide rod
- Cleaning and greasing the linear feed
- Cleaning the mirror assembly
- Greasing the spindle, feed unit
- Greasing the spindle, lens carriage
- Greasing the spindle, CCD carriage
- Test scan
(only ROBOT)
- Cleaning and lubricating the lateral guide (cable drive)
- Cleaning and lubricating the lateral guide (Y-drive)
- Cleaning and lubricating the gear rack (Y-drive)
Checking and Exchanging Parts

Cleaning the Glass Plate

Cleaning and Oiling the Guide Rod
Wipe the guide rod using a cloth.
Check that the lubricating felts are seated properly, if necessary correct them.
Exchange the lubricating felts in the case of wear. (T1)
Oil the lubricating felts using sliding oil VOLTOL 46.
Cleaning and Greasing the Linear Guide
Wipe linear guide using cloth and remove the grease residues.
Use a grease gun to press universal grease ARCANOL L78 into the grease nipples of the CCD carriage guides.
Remove excessive grease.
Cleaning and Lubricating the Lateral Guide (Cable Drive)
Use a cloth to wipe the lateral guide and remove the grease residues.
Lubricate the lateral guide using ARCANOL L78.
Move the cable drive several times and wipe off excess grease.
Cleaning and Lubricating the Lateral Guide (Y-drive)
Use a cloth to wipe the lateral guide and remove the grease residues.
Use a grease gun to press universal grease ARCANOL L78 into the grease nipples of the guides.
Remove excess grease.
Cleaning and Lubricating the Gear Rack (Y-drive)
Remove the grease residues from the gear rack.
Lubricate the gear rack using universal grease ARCANOL L78.
Move the base frame several times and remove excessive grease.
