Hewlett-Packard komplettiert seine umfangreiche DesignJet-Familie um den neuen Großformatdrucker: Der HP DesignJets 800.

Er richtet sich vorrangig an Designer, Konstrukteure und Architekturbüros, die für Präsentationszweckes hochwertige Ausdrucke in Großformaten bis DIN A0-Übergrösse erstellen müssen. Dazu gehören ebenso Maschinenbauingenieure, die mitCAD-Software arbeiten wie auch Kartografen und Stadtplaner, die geografische Informationssysteme (GIS) einsetzen.

Dieses Drucksystem ermöglicht den Anwendern die Realisierung vonStrichzeichnungen, Renderings und Präsentationen in professioneller Grafik- und Fotoqualität. Diesen Großformatdrucker hat HP speziell für mittelgroße Arbeitsgruppen entwickelt,die im Netzwerk auf einen hochqualitativen Großformatdrucker zugreifen wollen. Eine Reihe von Ausstattungsmerkmalen sorgen für die erweiterte Netzwerkfähigkeit des Modells. Somacht die HP JetDirect 10/Base-TX-Netzwerkkarte aus dem Drucker eine Art "virtuellen Computer", der Druckaufträge besonders schnell verarbeiten kann. Auf diese Weise werdenumfangreiche Druckjobs mühelos abgearbeitet. Das Modell verfügt über einen Arbeitsspeicher von 96 MB RAM und eine Festplattenkapazität von 6 GB. Damit bedruckt der DesignJet 800 stündlich maximal 23, 2 Quadratmeter. Weiterhin gehören HP-GL/2-Treiber für AutoCAD und Windows zum Lieferumfang

With Matchflow-adjust you can share a pdf-document over the internet for detailed checking and annotation. By using the "Generated Print Report Button", you generate an new PDF which contains annotation number, username, date, annotation text and type. All comments are saved in a database. So the whole coordination-process is reconstructable at any time. You will save proof and dispatcher costs an maybe need only one final proof.
