-The machine was regularly serviced according to the regulations of a pharmaceutical business.
-The machine was used in a pharmaceutical business for the production and wrapping of dialysis-filters in clean room conditions. Therefore, workers were only allowed to enter the room with special clean-room clothes. During the last years, the machine was only used as a backup machine.
-The machine was only used to cut polyurethane and not paper! Therefore, there is absolutely no paper dust inside of the machine. We recommend buying it for spare parts or for using it for polyurethan cutting as it has a new gear.
-The knife is an extra sharp and extra even custom-made model that is exceptionally hard to get.
On the 11th of March 2009, employees from the company Polar/Heidelberg came to test the machine, clean it professionally and loaded the machine onto our truck. Now, we have the machine in our stock in Dortmund. The table was removed (due to the transport).
Of course, you are also welcome to pick the machine up yourself, and to install it, if you feel confident to do it yourself.
