We can help with problems with EMC Retrospect.
In order to process your request, we always need the following information:
1) Please tell us which operating system you use.
2) Which interface is used to connect the libraries?
3) Have you already checked online http://www.retrospect.com on whether the libraries are in the list of supported hardware?
4) Please tell us the license number of your installation with Retrospect, and the execution of the software that you use.
5) Please send us out of the library directory -> Application Support -> Retrospect -> the files operations_log.utx assert_log.utx and, if available.
