Not-New
Category: Imagesetters
Manufacturer: ECRM
Modell and delivery contents: ECRM Mako 24000-12 (FUJI PI-M1400)
Year of manufacture: Q3 - 1998
Location: Dortmund - Germany
220V Model
If you want to use mat film:
Normally the 0.2mm matt film is used for larger format machines, typically the Stingray 63, though the Mako 46 can image this film. The problem is with the takeup cassette, and ECRM made a cassette specially for polyester plate which has similar characteristics to thick film. You may be able to use an existing cassette but the length of film going into the cassette will be very limited. Even with the correct AO24574 plate cassette, we set a maximum of 3.5 metres. This cassette is quite expensive, at $1000 US list.
ECRM does not certify suppliers of film.
