ORIS Works is the base for the start and the wide pursuit of document-related, automatically tramping processes. A lot of routine work can be automated with ORIS Works easily. The basic Hotfolder principle assigns a workflow station in the form of a configureable use to a list of her hard disk - or any list in the net-. All stations of a workflow can be connected with ORIS Works in a chain. Start, expiry and result of a workflow are as fixed with ORIS Works as event-driven or name-related branching out. For many uses predefined Hotfolder are available from CGS. For example:
ORIS Color tuner for colour space transformation of the pictures (e.g., offset after gravure)
ORIS Works OPI - for the exchange of coarse pictures by fine pictures
Adobe Distiller for the change of PostScript after PDF
Most basic uses base tuner on PDF ORIS and can be adapted in an easy manner to your special needs and configured. The configuration of all workflow stations occurs with ORIS Works under a uniform user interface. In addition, it allows ORIS Works to assign nearly any PC uses to a Hotfolder. No result without control With it you are any time in the picture whether all working steps were explained, all working steps are held on in a protocol and are automatically grasped in a statistics.
